Named for the Volstead Act of 1919, which ushered in Prohibition and gave birth to the speakeasy, the Vault honors that spirit of defiance and refinement. The underground has come above ground — and it brought the good stuff with it.

The Vault’s whiskey library is co-curated by Gary Penna, founder of the Bourbon Club of Arkansas, and Abe Wyly — who for years presided over the Capitol Bar in downtown Little Rock, at one point home to the finest whiskey selection in the state.
Together, they are building something Arkansas has never had: a whiskey library that rivals the best in the country, at prices that reflect what this community actually deserves.
